    Pretty close to accurate. I used to work for one of the price indexes at BLS and when you called for prices–what we called non-response, those who hadn’t sent in their surveys–they usually just said, “nope, nothings changed” and you could move on. Made the calls go easier, but had to wonder if they weren’t just taking the easy way out.
