On Saturday, I noted that a WSJ Poll gave retiring FCC Chair Powell an "F."

I suspected that the poll might be of interest to sone people, so I forwarded it to the Interesting People list; Professor Dave Farber is IP’s ringleader, and amongst his many incarnations was a stint on FCC’s Technological Advisory Council.
