Today’s Kudlow & Company, is on CNBC today at 5pm. I’m scheduled to be on from 5:10 to 6:00 pm.

Also on is Marketwatch’s Herbert Greenberg, and John Rutledge of Rutledge Capital. (I don’t know if Cody Willard Wyoming will be on the same time as I).

Topics will include the Markets, which were ugly today, the FCC’s Censorship, France’s legislation versus Apple, Technology Patents, and Mobile Video.

Just saw you on Kudlow. You should shoot your hairstylist. You look like you are wearing a toupee.

I have to disagree with brokeback…. I thought you looked great. The studio is so much better at highlighting your WASPy good looks than the hot box….

Unfortunately, does Kudlow ever talk about the markets? Outside of the trucking discussion and Greenberg’s cynicism over GOOG and S&P it was kind of a weak dicussion.

Did Kudlow make empty headed comments about the “Bush Boom” or the “Supply-side revolution”?

He also likes to talk about the “investor class” , “lower tax rates have created an INVESTMENT BOOM”.

You could have a Kudlow drinking game with it. Only, you’d have to snort a line of coke every time Kudlow said one of those statments.
