Seems in this current atmosphere, a bank board of directors could supply themselves with home mortgages and credit cards that are allowed to default. Who outside of the bank checks the defaulting roster by name and account? I am certain Joe-shmoe account holder will be denied access. Just asking, maybe the bank examiner position? Man ...
