Nobody's perfect, but nobody is ripping you off, either. What I see here is two approaches to risk management. Should failure be punished by lack of medical care for those with low income, and covered by bailouts for ultra high incomers? The excuse seems to be that if the fat cats were left to fail, everybody would lose safety - but was it there in the first place? Not to say that our health care system is perfect, but ripping off U.S. patients does provide big R&D incentives here. Any health care system here would be called the lawyer enrichment act. They will sue for everything, especially any refusal to treat one of the 14 million illegals, a number that will probably double when we get a system so the free loaders can get free stuff.
