Tax Policy Center analysis, a joint project of the Urban Institute and the Brookings Institution, Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain are both proposing tax plans that would result in cuts for most American families.

    Thank you Tim. Seeing the two charts together is really helpful.

    Why does anyone making over $2.87 million need a tax cut…? If the top bracket seriously need a tax cut to make ends meet they must be phenomenally bad with their money.
