    I must be reading this wrong, or I simply can’t count, because based on the table above I read 228 “No” and
    205 “Yes”. Is this the first pass of the bailout, the one that was voted down?

    it has to be, that was the reported Roll Call # on the version that ‘failed’–the first vote.
