Early on, he mentions it twice. Later on, he talks about listening to bad press more than good press. Reminds me of what I read in "Good to Great" about leaders who helped build/maintain enduring, successful companies. Doesn't mean I'm going to become a leveraged long for 2009. But, I'm happy to see/hear (a) how much he's learned so far about our problems and (b) some of what he plans to do to help. He says many good things, especially about “listening”.
