		<description>He says many good things, especially about &quot;listening&quot;.  Early on, he mentions it twice.  Later on, he talks about listening to bad press more than good press.  Reminds me of what I read in &quot;Good to Great&quot; about leaders who helped build/maintain enduring, successful companies.

Doesn&#039;t mean I&#039;m going to become a leveraged long for 2009.  But, I&#039;m happy to see/hear (a) how much he&#039;s learned so far about our problems and (b) some of what he plans to do to help.</description>
