		<description>From the figures I saw, most of the job creation is expected to be in retail and hospitality which is temporary at best.  Not in construction and manufacturing.  If this stimulus doesn&#039;t figure to effect the economy until 2010 then what in the meantime?  Nothing?   I think the dissemination of these  &quot;Stimulus Package Details&quot; today are probably the result of why the markets, oil and precious metals sold off.  The markets didn&#039;t like this news.  The dollar rose but that was only because of this week&#039;s anticipated ECB rate cut.  It should have sold off too and it will eventually.   Tell the geniuses that real unemployment is north of 12% now.</description>
