looks like this graph has the same issue as the last ‘circle’ one you posted. AIG is $123B and TARP is $700B. Clearly the scale is off

Hmmm… another chart with distinct lack of appreciation for the relationship between radius and area!
They didn’t ask JPM to draw this for them did they :)
