This has been noted may times on this site and many others, but what we need more than any new rules and regulations is simply for the SEC and other regulatory agencies to find thier teeth and cojones and diligently enforce laws, rules, and regulations already on the books. This has been noted may times on this site and many others, but what we need more than any new rules and regulations is simply for the SEC and other regulatory agencies to find thier teeth and cojones and diligently enforce laws, rules, and regulations already on the books.

The last thing we need are more congressional hearing and investigations by committees to come up more rules.
