In 2001 When Genius Failed was required reading in my banking training program at CS.  Unfortunately, recent history would lead me to believe that other firms (BS, LEH, ML) didn&#039;t do the same. 

Barry, can you suggest a reading list for future training programs? 1. Bailout Nation, 2. When Genius Failed, etc....</description>
