The banking system and gov&#039;t bailouts is the problem. i.e. AIG makes bets, the roulette wheel doesn&#039;t fall on their numbers, gov&#039;t gives them 170 billion dollars, AIG pays the casino (Goldman Sachs), and Goldman Sachs just announces record profits and record bonuses for the first half of the year.
