Egads, I hope you are being severely sarcastic with the declaration that this is long awaited. Perhaps long feared by Porsche enthusiasts everywhere. What a hideous, hideous beast.

BR: Perhaps “long time coming” is a better phrase.

You may detest this thing, but the bane of Porscheophiles everywhere is the simple fact that the Cayenne SUV is the best selling Porsche of all time.

  2. CTB Says:

It looks like an aircraft cockpit.

  3. Simon Says:

Blimming nice road. Must have closed it for filming. Having no chance of ever being young rich and no kids a four door Porsche has great appeal.

  4. Jojo Says:

Looks interesting from the front & side, not so much from the rear.

What’s with all those controls along the sides of the shifter? Seems like you would have to take your eyes away from the road to pick and choose among them! When will someone come up with a real heads-up display for cars?

  5. Bruce in Tn Says:

Great looking car, Barry! Looks almost as sleek as the new Prius….

  6. quantacide Says:

Ah, so true (about the Cayenne). The Cayenne still kills me, despite it being a super-powerful beast w/ a low CG and a fast 0-60. And we’re all Volkswagen’s now anyway.
