		<description>Inflation is the hidden tax that can allow governments (or any money issuer) to spend more than it earns. It someone had that power and they intended to use it they would embark on a major publicity campaign to pursuade their captive market that this was not a bad thing. That it may in fact be good and that in any case if it looked like it might get bad they could easily make it good again. We should expect nothing less.</description>
