StockTwits Desktop

I just saw a demo of the new StockTwits Desktop. This is the 2nd wicked cool product I have seen recently. Its a combination of a “social Bloomberg” meets an iTunes Music Store for finance.
This is going to be very very neat trade related tool/product . . .
The Old Stock version of StockTwits (below) will continue operating on Twitter data. It will be the “Lite” web version of StockTwits; The full powered version will become a free downloadable app for your desktop. . .

Of course, this would also gift-wrap a front-running case for the SEC, so you’d better have an ownership position there, with a purchased senator as backup.

Unfortunately while stocktwits is great, twitter is not.
After you join, you will be spammed daily by outfits purporting to be single women.

@dcsos – So when you say “purporting to be”, does that mean those aren’t real single women? I am now more than a little disappointed with Twitter. I thought I had suddenly become extremely popular with members of the opposite sex…

Is that portal a collection point for GS? We should write a daemon to spam such boards with symbols like “WF GS BAC …”
