IMHO this is a great vidclip that will really get you thinking.

Beyond that it calls into serious question that entire Wall St. compensation strategy and culture.

It also raises the question for some innovative financial entrepreneur how much better a financial firm designed, engineered and built around a different cultural “operating system” might do outperforming the ossified and sclerotic dinosaurs that are there.

So for all the mid-size boutiques looking to be the next Lehman, Cerberus or Citadel he’s an entirely new set of design principles that could give you a competitive advantage. Only this time make money, keep it, not destroy the system and do well and do good.
