IMO this analysis simply shows the folly of believing too strongly in your own forecasts.

Better to listen to the market and align yourself with current conditions and not extrapolate the current trend too far into the future.

An enjoyable analysis but I must admit that it largely fits within my current mindset.

The only disappointment is a failure to make any mention of Europe in the analysis. I suspect that the next shoe to fall in the financial crisis will start in Europe and take down markets at the same time positive US GDP is being reported for the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2009.

Interesting analysis. A blend of the market having a life of its own via buy/sell pressures and later economic forces that could change that balance.

Poppycock. As long as the GS.JPM SLP PPT program keeps the buying pressure high and the MSM feeds J6P off of that, the market will bear no resemblance to the likely future prospects.

Only if something happens to deter the fed's liquidity program will the wheels come off.

And that's not a fundamental, that's the BS unreality of today.
