As discussed at the StockTwits panel last week, here is the Google Real Estate Index.  It tracks queries related to “real estate, mortgage, rent, apartments” and so forth.

Go figure: Even the search pattern for Real Estate is highly seasonal;

    Wow. That’s pretty cool. Google owns the world. Information is money. Trading on inside information.

    It will be interesting to see how Google continues to evolve.

    You can use this to find a real estate bottom. When this sucker flat lines for a year a longer – that’ll be your cue. Far from that now.
