The 911 slogan of Never Forget needs to be applied to this form of domestic terrorism as well.

How does Dylan always manage to get his guests to answer his questions when really they are always made as statements?
He practically answers the questions for guests, and then just is getting his guests to confirm his answer to his own questions. Nice technique, but quite annoying.

Applaud Neil Barofsky whose report warned that TARP supports mean the government “has done more than simply support the mortgage market, in many ways it has become the mortgage market, with the taxpayer shouldering the risk that had once been borne by the private investor.”
but color me skeptical on this
what American taxpayers got…
the financial burden
what 19 too greedy to fail banks got…
$12 Trillion in TARP with no burden due to American taxpayers getting the financial burden
Neil Barofsky, Elizabeth Warren, Paul Volcker, Elliot Spitzer trotted out for ‘dog and pony’ but we know who still rules the roost…..the Vampire Squid from Hell

I’ll believe it when I see one of these SOB’s taken out of a courtroom in cuffs, and not before.

Wow. Amazing video. There’s still hope.
Since Barofsky can’t prosecute and must turn cases over to DoJ, that’s where they will try to fix the cases or kill investigations. Let’s all keep a firm eye on this.
And Spitzer has completely redeemed himself.

I hope Spitzer gave Barofsky some coaching on methods of discrete and untraceable use of escort services.
I’d hate to see Barofsky go down. He seems like one of the — too few — good guys.

I think Warren already has presidential exploratory committee.
Barofsky as a Bush appointee from justice could be GOP.
Dare we hope the 12′ election is a
Barofsky vs Warren
Talk about a populist backlash you could get behind.
He’d be 42 the same age a Teddy Roosevelt.

You almost hate to put Barofsky on a pedestal only to see him get marginalized when Eric Holder eventually takes his summary report does his coverup.
He’s as close to a Pecora as we are likely to get.
