    Nothing new there ,called “ground effect plane” came out over 50 yrs ago. I believe it wont catch on because they are dangerous. Look how close to the water those wings are …..what if you didn’t land exactly flat or there was a cross wind.

    Here’s the coolest vehicle that hasn’t been mass produced and I cant figure out why. I came across this 2 years ago. I would think there would be a long waiting line for these if they were available..

    Cricky! I didn’t think this would go global. Isn’t it cool? I’ve checked out the other video’s of ground effect winged hovercraft and there is a great big difference between this one and other versions. This one can go up to 3.0m above ground and I wouldn’t mind betting that with a few improvements it could fly like a plane. Some stability is provided by side slip causing the hull or fuselage causing air flow over the upper (lifting) wing to spoil and reduced lift creating a corrective effect.
