   Do you have any power to make it so the Kindle version is at least the same price as the lowest price for a physical copy? Because I can’t bring myself to buy a physical copy nor can I bring myself to pay more for less (the digital version).

   What sort of pink clouds purple sky world do you live in? You must be an academic or a grad student — no one in the real world would say something like that.
