Look folks all precious metal is a mine field to buy and sell. The US Government charges currently more than $1500 for a 1 oz gold coin with gold prices at about $1180 per oz. Even then coins can be a better deal because of the difficulty and cost in trying to sell bullion you are holding on the open market. At least the government backs its coins.
