Professor Shiller doesn’t do very well here, does he? Doesn’t know if we are in a double dip – thinks perhaps housing could stabilize, or even appreciate like California. Develops a model to predict bubbles but thinks bonds do not quite fit in his model. Dear, dear. What someone will do to get on TV.
