Good lord, you have to go to Britain to hear someone talking sense about corporations paying taxes (and alas, most Americans are unaware that most individuals earning over $125,000 year typically register and file as a corporation). What a sad commentary on the US today.
And is it just me, or does Dylan Ratigan look really uncomfortable on this topic…

Source? Sounds like most people are also unaware that 78% of all statements including hard numbers are bogus.
Boy I would LOVE to pay the corporate tax rate. Between just the Federal Income Tax, Socialist Security, Medicare, State, Local, Property, and Car taxes — EXCLUDING sales taxes, excise taxes, phone taxes, etc. — I paid half of my total compensation in taxes. That means (as the wife and I earn the same amount, within a few hundred dollars), that one of us worked the ENTIRE year just to pay taxes.
So how does one register as Dr.Sandman LLC?
@ Dow:
I make over $125K annually. Would you like to tell me how I can register and pay taxes as a corporation? My accountant is not aware of this loophole. Thanks.
@Dow – Not sure what you saw, but D Ratigan looked perfectly comfortable to me.
i can’t wait to find out which politicians are on that list. i suspect we will see much more of this as time goes on. the next financial crisis is not going to be pretty for the 1 percenters.
Let’s enjoy Dylan’s work while we can; Comcast-NBC merger was just approved.
The Roberts are not known to support anything else than right of Tea party positions, so…
My accountant is not aware of this loophole.
You’re kidding, right?
