Its the beginning of the new year, and you probably made some resolutions. Odds are that by the time this month is halfway over, all those resolutions will be broken, then forgotten.

Well, armed with a little knowledge, you might be able to make some actual positive changes. Consider these 10 mistakes most people make when trying to change their own behaviors:
