Just on the tape, a Germany newspaper is reporting that the EU, IMF and Germany want a Greek debt extension while the ECB (holders of Greek debt) and France oppose it. Just enough information on a Friday afternoon to confuse and muddy the waters further.

    France does not want it because Geithner of the USA does not want it. Sarkozy rubbing up to the USA again like a devious cat.

    Geithner bullied the UK bank chief and Merkel of Germany into not offering a reasonable deal to Ireland.

    Geithner doctrine: “The Big Banks come first, no matter no irresponsible they are. Mere citizens can go to the back of the line.”
