    I’ve done a number of 4 hour motorcycle races. Three riders, two 40 minute sessions each. In a club which usually does 15 -20 minute sprints, the 40 minute sessions are an eye opener. You cannot maintain the intensity that you can in a sprint for the length of on track time that you have in an endurance race. But when you back off the tiniest amount, it is absolutely amazing that you can come very close to, if not succeed in attaining sprint race lap times. I’ve found the same to be true in investing….
