Following comments late last week from Fed members Tarullo and Yellen calling for more asset purchases, Fed Vice Chairman Dudley is saying just now that its “possible” the Fed could pursue QE3.

    Nope, it isn’t. Dudley, like Yellen is mumbling. Especially with the accerelation in growth the last weeks.

    Unless they plan to QE to a level that forces up nominal GDP and raise rates with it. That would be a whole different ballgame.
