America cannot expect a bunch of disenfranchised park-dwellers to come up with a solution to its economic woes — they have a political ruling class to do that.

    Hahaha….that was great.

The main reason Americans can’t find any solutions is because there are no EASY solutions and we all want something quick, easy, neat and snappy so we can go gorge ourselves some more.

Good luck with that. We need to change our behavior in the face of a changing world and economic system. We need to get out ahead of things instead of trying to maintain a failing and doomed system. But we won’t. Not until the very last minute. I hope it isn’t too late at that point.

When the demonstrators change their major theme to “No more crimes against capitalism” I’ll join them. The Tea Party (senior citizens majority) pushes against Big Government even though the senior citizens want SS, Medicare and Defense spending to remain intact and even grow. These young men push against Wall Street even though they use many of WS’s services. Let’s watch how this tug of war will play out as Nov-2012 approaches.
