Housing will hit a bottom when people (especially in the media) quit asking “When will housing hit bottom?”

When a house near me, which someone bought near the peak in 2005, sells.
It is a terrible location, has been on the market for 1 year, dropped asking price numerous times.
So when that one sells I will know. Of course the selling price will be less than it is now listed for.
