On Feb 15th, Fed Pres Fisher said “Wall Street keeps dangling QE3 out there. I think it’s a fantasy of Wall Street, it’s not going to happen, it’s not necessary.” While he’s not a voting member, I wonder what he’s thinking today to how the markets are responding to Bernanke’s repeat of what he said last week and on March 13th.
