    Terrible presentation e.g. The “why not use candy bars” example. The example communicated nothing clearly. It’s like a comedy movie trailer that shows a guy getting hit in the nuts – if that’s the best they could show me, I’ll skip the movie. Show an example that is well executed, then explain what makes it that way.

    Ranting, but I’ve done a lot of stats and a lot of PowerPoint, this stuff bugs me.

    Possibly the most stupid and blatently wrong advice in respect to information design I think I’ve ever seen. This presentation would surely cause Edward Tufte to puke…
