One Response to “1955 Ferrari 410 S”

Nice. I always had a soft spot for front engine rear drive V12 Ferraris. I almost bought a ’71 365GTC4 for $44K in 1988 while I was getting my ’67 Afla Duetto rebuilt. The Afla dealer was also the Ferrari dealer, so I was in and out of their shop and showroom many times.

Stupidest investment mistake I ever made. Two years later (Enzo had died and nobody was sure Ferrari would still make front engine rear drive V12s) it was worth $250k, and today, about $750K.

I don’t think the investment opportunities are still there for these cars, but that’s not why I wanted to buy it anyways.
