The GOP is bolting, not from the President’s proposal, but from House Speaker Boehner’s. (Can you say Speaker Cantor?)

Note this headline was from 4:46 PM ET on Thursday:  U.S. Stocks Advance as Boehner Vows to Work With Obama [2].
