The US has solved these problems here in a very civilized way using Second Amendment rights. The “Stand Your Ground” laws in many states now would allow you to simply shoot the person who is charging your vehicle. Allowing large calibre semi-automatic handguns with hollow point bullets means that the person will never make it to you to punch you or hit your car. The dash cams will be very valuable in proving your innocence under the Stand Your Ground principle. This will generally allow for the coming reductions in state and local police force size for budget control reasons by creating a self-policing, self regulating libertarian society – the basic concept has been proven to work well in the financial sector over the past decade.

The Russians have much to learn from the civilized West.

This gives new meaning to Russian Roulette! God! and I thought DC drivers were the worse.

Uneffing believable. After this and reading Gulag, I can’t wait for my first visit.

Gone are the days when traffic consisted of a few black ZIM limousines (no license plates) shuttling Party bosses between the Kremlin and their dachas complimented at night by the NKVD’s black Marias busily supplying able bodies for the Gulag. There were no traffic accidents, they only happened on the decaying capitalist roads. This is what happens when a nation trades the tranquility and order of a Stalinist regime at first for the Perestroika then for the capitalist noisy disorder, LOL.

Hate to be a party pooper but not sure why these are ‘tagged’ as Russian.
Look at the various clips and note that many seem to be from ‘Nederland’ which
is commonly known as Holland. Also…many of these have been circulating on the
    net in emails for years….

A dumb question: Why do Russian and I guess Dutch drivers have dashboard cameras?

Is it because they need evidence if they are in an accident, pulled over by the cops or something else entirely?
