    This stinks for two reasons.
    First I agree with you this is ripe for abuse
    Second the more trading becomes non-centralized the less liquid
    Disagree to oppose this because it is for the 1%

    To expand on the first most important point, brokers and bankers and heads of company are always trying to get access to funds without being accountable. We see the sophisticated investor defense every time a fraud or mis-deed is committed. Just because one has money, does not make them sophisticated.
