Barry, FYI the second video frame says:

The first video opens, and as he says, a “savage” car!

So instead of testing the vehicle in the ‘burbs of Herfordshire as claimed: the went off to Scotland where this Police view of speed limits is humourless to say the least.

And you though the helicopter was there to get good footage….

I could use that for getting milk! Alright!

I think this is the first Top Gear I’ve seen where Clarkson calls for “less” power.

One thing really stood out of me: an 8,500 RPM redline on a production V-12? Holy moly!

The fast steering Clarkson was lamenting would likely be a real boon on the Autobahn or track, but would probably make for driver fatigue for any kind of normal long-distance travel.

I also concur with his complaint with the instrumentation / controls. It’s as if they tried to emulate an F1 cockpit, which may make sense for an F1 driver, but prolly not the rest of us.

Ah, what the bejeebus am I complaining about?! I’m never gonna drive a $220K auto! But it’s fun to fantasize…
