    • First of all, its 3rd in population, not second, so your entire premise is wrong.

      Second, its due to the rebuild of the city after the fire.

      Last, I have been coming here visiting family annually for 25 years — and given that you appear to be a putz, I’ll bet I know more about the city than you do.
