    The last point also can be fixed by moving in the US. In particular move to one of the states that has no income tax. I guess I don’t understand the medicare tax point, as either your income is above the limit or it is not. (Assuming you report it). You pay the same tax in either case plus or minus the issue of foreign tax credits.
