    New York is a great place to live if you have enough money. But then again, if you are rolling in cash, every place is pretty nice.

    The trick is to find a place that is nice on a low budget. It is tough to find in the U.S., because there appears to be a war on poor people.

    Although concerned about liberal policies espoused by pending DEM Mayor Bill de Blasio, his overwhelming poll results indicate NYC electorate is disgusted after 20 years of Giuliani-Bloomberg claiming governance handing everything over to a few thousand 1% will someday, somehow lead to hallucinatory trickle-down prosperity for 10 million.
