    A very useful study which throws the stick in the chicken coop. “Are we all bloody stupid to allow this to happen!” What benefit or good does a company like this do for a state?! It comes in and leaches us, impoverishing “a state”! Disgraceful! “Oh, but the legislature is in their pocket, so they will be protected from any kind of demand for better pay and dis-allowance of use of the public system.”

    Anyone still wonder why they’re so eager to come to California! They can and will have it both ways!
