    Whisky or whiskey? They are not the same. And you best not spell the brew from Scotland with an E. Perhaps the more populous England prefers vodka, seriously doubt vodka is preferred in Scotland.

    The data should have reflected beer as it; together with some kind of bread and smoke are the three universal consumer goods per excellence.
    Hard to understand that Vodka is #1 in Brazil, as its national drink is Caipirinha made with cachaza, a sugar cane distilled alcoholic drink like a rum;. Similar sugar cane derived products called rum, pinga, aguardente de cana; etc. are also very popular. The Caipirinha is very similar to a Cuban Daiquiri, but more intense with lime.
