Just finished reading Flash Boys…so I get the sense that this website doesn’t really care about this book. Please tell me if I’m wrong. Is this book factual? Are the HFT in fact making money off my trades on ETRADE? It seems to me that if this book is in fact true then everyone that is paying a higher price for the stock they buy, even if they hold this stock long term, should in fact be outraged at this legal but exploitative behavior… Please tell me why I’m wrong or right….
