  4. Obviously those who cannot afford taxis should be serviced in some way!

    But BIKES! On the streets! And taking up parking spots! That’s commie-pinko stuff!!!!

    Perhaps they could be granted a right-of-way ride them next to the subway tracks… and keep them parked underground.

    Sure… we might lose a rider once-in-a-while… but that will help keep the tracks greased.

    Why… oh why… am I the only one who can think clearly about these things?
