GoPro, the rugged action camera company, has filed for a $100 million initial public offering to be listed on Nasdaq. Professional athletes, extreme sports and other user-generated content helped sell 2.3 million cameras in 2012, according to the CEO. Bloomberg’s “Ranx” looked at the popular and most extreme of these videos

    Um, yeah, big letdown. And that’s coming from someone that can stand transfixed watching the videos they show in point of purchase areas in REI for ten minutes or so on a nice little flat screen between the sunglasses and outerwear.

    Still though, please, kill the go pros that have taken over ski slopes like neon did in 1988. Please.
