50 Best Places to Work

From Glassdoor, via Bloomberg, the best places to work in America. Note that Google was deposed from the #1 spot by AirBnB this year.

Also note these surveys are notoriously unreliable, as they can be personal, with he participants tending towards the more motivated (e.g., very satisfied or very unsatisfied) with specifics that apply to them only.

It ain’t easy quantifying the unquantifiable anecdote, but it does generate some good marketing buzz for Glassdoor . . .

    Where is SAS Institute?
    They are usually up there….

    Sorry to be a skeptic, but I read this as the 50 best places HR are good at getting employees to fill out the “Best Places to Work” surveys.
