Please note that we are extremely selective in the consulting clients we accept. We must be convinced that we can be value added (and then some) to you. We have turned down more consulting clients than we have accepted.

We will not accept any consulting assignment unless we are convinced we can make a major impact on your business. Hence, our willingness to be paid in publicly traded (restricted) stock instead of ordinary consulting fees. If we do our job right, your stock will be worth more to us than your cash.
