    Thanks for posting this tidbit on Jeff Gundlach, I follow his pronouncements with interest and have a portion of my income portfolio invested with funds of his company.

    Running his investment company as a 21st century business instead of a competitive sports league….what a novel concept.

    Honest assessment of the dual challenges facing a startup investment management firm. Calm, understated delivery by Mr. Gundlach. Excellent description of a healthy corporate culture.     Great to hear about someone else’s experience. Guess every start up has to face the chicken and egg problem, one of the most challenging to overcome though. Not many financial companies get to see this kind of a success. Very inspiring.
